The opening concert of the 29th edition takes place symbolically on November 29 and features violinist Ivan Ženatý with pianist Miroslav Sekera. In addition to the works of the iconic composer trio Martinů - Dvořák - Smetana, the brilliant duo will also perform works by Luboš Sluka, who celebrates his 95th anniversary this year. At the gala concert, violin virtuoso Ivan Ženatý will receive a commemorative medal from the Bohuslav Martinů Foundation for outstanding domestic and international presentation of the works of Bohuslav Martinů.
